XL Parts

I've been in here twice to buy parts, I bought a clutch and a flywheel, they had the parts right here . This last time I went to get that flywheel machined, well they got bought out and dont do that anymore, but those two guys behind the counter started searching for me. One was looking for my flywheel and the other was looking threw there costumers to find out where I could get mine machined. We finally came to the conclusion that a machine job on my flywheel would have been $50. to $60. bucks and a new one was going to run me $70. so the one guy call the location on Frio street they had it and had it waiting for me. As I was walking out of the first location the guy searching for a machine shop came out to my truck and gave me the n as me and a number that machines flywheels. Awesome, I really appreciated there service.

When you call, customer service answers, so make sure they call and verify the store they send you has the part.

Frank the manager is rude, lazy, and dishonest. Everyone else is very nice. I will take my business elsewhere like Frank suggested. I highly recommend they get a better manager. Frank should be demoted. Maybe he can sweep the floors and cut …

horrid sales counter reps-while I always excuse a single instance-this culture is soon to kill off the renamed brand from Full Service to its current new named facilities!! If anyone wants to buy from here just know their insolent attitude is prevalent based upon several years straight trying to purchase from them!!

I had a bad experience with a sales rep that did not want to help me find the part I needed. He seemed distracted and it shown through to his professional demeanor. Maybe it was a fluke and these guys are awesome. I don't care to find out though. Got what I needed at Napa

Friendly service, had exactly what I needed and I didn't wait long. First time customer.. Would return in future.

The management is ASE certified and provide top notch customer service have your V.I.N. ready because it may be necessary to insure that you get all the correct parts to do the job profesionaly defiantly not the average parts house

Good place for OEM Parts. Batteries are probably the best price in town.

I go here because it is basically the only place I can find the concentrated gold motorcraft coolant for a Ford F350. They always have what I need and the price is decent.
