Auto Parts Outlet - San Antonio

I needed a taillight assembly for my Toyota truck. A friend of mine told me about this place. I went on line found what I needed and the price was great. The part came in two days later and it was an exact replacement. I highly recommend this business for you parts needs.

I never knew this place existed. Well managed, dedicated employees. They have an unbelievable stock of auto parts there not to mention body shop supplies at very reasonable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on.

Great service. A little slow but they have a lot of customers to attend to. They usually have what you're looking for. If not, they will definitely do the best they can to ship it to the outlet. It's usually there in the following days for you to pick up.

Originally everything seemed great but when the wrong part was ordered instead of trying to help they just said they couldn't do anything to fix their mistake. Highly recommend this place unless you need a part fast. And if they make a mistake don't expect them to fix it. Also if you get someone called DJ ask to speak with someone else. He was very rude and hung up on me while I was talking.

By far the worst call center and customer care I’ve ever experienced. I answered all her yes and no questions and gave vehicle info as requested. They actually have the part I need but was $60 higher than a competitor when asked if I wanted to hold it I said no thanks, instantly she replied “of course you don’t” WOW!!!

I bought parts here today. The folks were very fast and friendly. They made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this parts house.
