This place is never fails , always manages to save my life.... not only do they ALWAYS have exactly what i need , but they can give me the price before I go pull it and with my luck , most of the work was already done. I want to update my review since last time. I went with my son in law looking for a rim for a 2013 ford explorer, and they had it. However it was the wrong size. However the Female in charge let him trade the rim for the right size no problem. So i was really impressed by her customer service. She was genuine. She even offered to buy the old rim back . I was impressed. So yes this place is great for what they stand by. Son in law was able to drive back to Austin with no Problems. Thank You. I will shop here again.

I wish they would tell you ahead of time and I mean I guess they do if you don't buy their warranty that you cant bring back a part the same day and get an exchange at least I went in today I was looking for an intake for the Fords there's a various different kinds with in the same few years and I made the mistake of grabbing the wrong one I called them and the girl just told me as soon as you walk out it's pretty much it, if you don't get the warranty ,I just wanted a replacement/exchange ,to be able to get the right one I spent $68 on a part that is just mine now. It's hard enough sometimes out here and we all make mistakes how,then having to go out there and to look for your home park pulling it off hoping that it's the right one for them just to tell you I well and that's it... I'm a mechanic I can imagine for regular people that don't know much about cars that are just looking for reasonable prices I had to get there car back on the road it must be even harder and worse than when they're just wasting money on parts that they don't even understand
