I needed a transmission for an older model car. David was a great help. His demeanor made me feel comfortable spending a few hundred dollars for something I'd never seen. There was no pressure at all. My transmission was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. Hopefully I won't need these guys again, but if I do, I will use them, and ask for David!

I bought an engine, received later then promised. The Engine was faulty. They said they would send out another one because it was warranted. It has been over a month and still waiting. Now the email for David is no longer in service, phones …

I'm one of those guys that likes to see in person what I am buying. But this time I had no real choice but to trust someone I didn't know, with just a phone call. I needed a rear axle assembly for my Avalanche. After a lot of research and several phone calls I decided to go with Car Parts Etc. David Cross was the one that made me feel comfortable with my choice. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, taking all of my calls and answering my questions. The result: I got exactly what I was promised, when it was promised and at the price I was quoted. When I need another part, my 1st. call will be to David Cross at Car Parts Etc. !

Bought an engine beginning of May, sent payment that day thru Paypal. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called auto parts and was informed paypal was holding the funds. Called paypal and the said the funds had been released to auto …

SCAMMERS! I ordered a replacement engine for $2500... it quit running within 3 months/1,000 miles and ALL email, phone numbers have been disconnected. My credit card company was unable to get ahold of them. I sent them a certified letter which they received, but did not respond to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAVE CROSS OR CAR PARTS ETC

My truck broke down a month after I bought it. Ended up needing a new motor and after looking for awhile David Cross reached out and did an excellent job at getting me a quality used motor. He answered all questions and concerns, no bs.

Purchased a transmission on 3 / 14 /18.Delivery was promised for 3 / 23.David called on 3/23 to say that there was a problem with the courier service and promised delivery on 3 / 30 .Then , it became a promise of another day or so .I requested a refund on 4/ 6 .On 4/28 , David told me that I would need to contact my credit card company.On 5 / 1 , I iniated a dispute at my bank.He uses Square to process payments . At this point , I am less 1200 .00.Buyer beware ! 5/3/18 : Checked my account this morning ; a refund has posted . Thank you and good luck .

First off I what to give a shout out to David Cross. Very helpful and quick responses. They had very fair prices and helped get my engines shipped to me as quick as possible with out hurting my pockets. I will be buying from them again in the future.
