Ralph was my mother's and my mechanic for years. He and his team could fix anything and let you know if it would be pricey. Honest and dependable

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but Ralph & Jeff are the mechanics that other auto part stores refer customers to, and with good reason, because they’re honest, hardworking, skilled and reasonably-priced. I’ve used them on multiple occasions and they have always done a great job for me.

Jeff is a nice man and very honest! There needs to be more mechanics like him! Here in San Antonio there are a lot of dishonest ones. It's disappointing. I will recommend more people to come here for their automotive needs! Thanks Jeff! Keep up the good work!

Honest and very fair on their labor charge to do the work on my vehicle. I've been taking my vehicles there for over 10 years. Ralph and Jeff know their stuff and won't rip you off. These guys are always busy.....

Great Mechanics!! Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. It's hard to find good and honest mechanics here is San Antonio, but we found them at Mac Auto Parts. We've been taking our vehicles to them for over four years now and have even referred our close friends and family to them. Prices are great and service is great!!

Took a vehicle running and after a month was told it didn't run anymore. They changed a part without the appropriate tool and messed up the motor. And than were rude and treated us like dirt when we decided to take the vehicle elsewhere after a month of them having it. Never apologized or even tried to make amends. If you value your car I definitely don't recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to Mac Auto....expect lies and the run around. Total regrets for ever dealing with this business.

After being ripped off by 2 mechanics and speaking to several others who either did not care or didn't know one part from another Mac Auto Parts blew me away with their service. I called on 3/30/17 and spoke to Ralph first he is so soft …
