Replaced both of the headlight lens on my 2009 trailblazer at a fraction of cost from the auto parts stores. Highly recommended place.

They had exactly what I needed and isn't that what it's all about anyways??

Walked in, no wait, they had what I wanted at an excellent price. Quickly brought it up from the back and (I like this) insisted that I look at it to be sure it was correct before I left! Not my first or last time to do business with them.

They were extremely professional and helpful. I got the part I needed and they allowed me to put old part next to new part to confirm that it was correct.

Found the parts for my step-son's 2005 Silverado crew cab. The prices seem very reasonable.

Someone recommended United to me YEARS ago, and I bought some parts from them and was very pleased with the service, price and availability. I always said I would be back when I needed someone like them again, and that happened this past week. They were wonderful. I am very comfortable with them. They care about sourcing quality parts, and no one even comes close to their prices in almost every case (and then you have to wonder about the other company's quality when you do find a better price). They guarantee their parts and will even take something back if you find that you didn't need it after all.

Poor customer service. Doors are open, gate is open, employees inside working, yet I was refused service because they’re closed. Holiday hours listed on the door state they’re closed Christmas Eve, totally understandable. Says nothing about …

They had the part I needed at a great price. It isn't a box store, so it took a little bit longer than at somewhere like Autozone or Napa. The workers all seem to have a family like rapport with each other, the grumpy brothers and sisters kind, which makes the wait entertaining. If I need to get more parts soon, I will be going back without question. Just wish they were open on Saturday.

They always have what I'm looking for at very low prices. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and always get my order right. So easy to get parts fast. In and out in no time.
