Great experience. Called on Monday, confirmed part, called Tuesday and made arrangements to pick up Wednesday. Arrived, they took me to truck, examined instrument cluster, exactly as pictured in ad. Mechanic carefully removed and took me to cashier, paid and on my way home in less than one hour. Jim was very helpful. Installed today and works great. 1/24/2026

Derek was EXTREMELY rude and impatient with me when simply inquiring about parts for my truck. Basically told me his business is too good for me and I’m not worth his time lol. Plenty of other good sources for parts. Don’t waste your time, and apparently Derek’s either.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! These people sold me an engine, ($1800) and it started knocking and threw a rod the very first day of a professional shops installation and once I presented the problem to them, they don't want to honor the warranty about it. These people are snakes. They sell bad engines and transmissions claiming to come with warranties that they will not honor. These people came out to listen to the engine and heard it knocking, and even had to use ether just to keep it running. Don't waste your time or money here. You will be so disappointed.I don't know how they're still in business.

Hi everyone, I had a great experience here. I called ahead asking about a specific part and was told there was a high chance they had it. I've been fixing automotive problems for 45yrs and lately have found out that the internet is the most viable place to find competitive prices and availability at McDonough used parts was wonderful for availability and price, we'll worth the drive to and from my humble abode!the staff were very knowledgeable and courteous!and I received a great deal with a discount for driving there from my home to McDonough's location.
