I came to get an alternator for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I was greeted when I walked in the door, I don’t know much about cars but I described it the best way that I could and the ladies at the desk were able to find the part with no issues. A very nice man from the back with curly hair (don’t know his name) brought me the part with a smile within 10-15 minutes. The part was cleaned up nicely and it was marked for warranty. I was in and out and the customer service was amazing from everybody I encountered. 12/10 and I also left a tip for Micah (curly haired guy from the back). I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable used part that you either can’t find or can’t afford it brand new!! Thank you Jonesboro auto salvage!! P.S. I spent 30 minutes there total. Much better than any other experience finding a used part at an auto salvage(junkyard).

I drove 2 hours to get a fuse box assemble kit I was told 150 when I got here they said that its two parts an it would be 300 and it could or couldn't work.. its not 2 parts its 1 and I called many times to ask to make sure of price.. now im without a way to get to doctor because im disabled and my doctors are two far away for insurance to pay for it. Not to mention i take care of a 5 year old.

Dan and nikki and Brian, Micaleh was absolutely AMAZING!!! I drove all the way from South Carolina to purchase 2 doors for my car and the customer service was just as great as the product and the 4 people listed above went over and above my expectations to ensure that my drive was not in vain.. and I thank them for delivering everything as they said they would plus more! I used to love this place ! Literally just left after waiting over an hour for them to pull me a shitty ass control arm , I RECOMMEND EZ PULL IN STOCKBRIDGE, they charged me full price for part then told me I can go buy a new boot from advanced . Why pull a part that I have to replace parts on ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME
