It was a question about why is she the holy one serving us. Because there were too many of us standing in line in the sun. So her response was if I can’t Waite I should leave wow I was shock. Without us the customer you guys are not there. So we have to treat each other with respect and I hope the management will look in to it and talk to his workers thanks.

Had a great experience here. The staff was quick, helpful, and genuinely very nice from start to finish. Everything was straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. Definitely appreciate how smooth they made the whole process. I’ll for sure be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I have been shopping at various LKQ locations for over a decade. I loved the convenience, prices, and service. Friendly staff and thoughtful process. It was a solid 4.5 stars before yesterday. Well, yesterday was my last time shopping there as my first option. I will not go back unless I have no other option, and for my 3 cars, 2 Honda Accords and 1 F-150, there ARE other options. Namely quality aftermarket on RockAuto, 1AA, even Amazon(be careful there though!). Yesterday I was there to buy a oil pan and trim pieces for an Accord. Checked the price online-$53 + 3-4 days shipping cost/time (but I would buy other parts, so call it $5 shipping for this oil pan). Ignition coil trim cover-$12 + 3-4 days. Both aftermarket and considering one is a hunk of metal and other a piece of plastic, for my 2008 Accord, its fine to go aftermarket. LKQ does not provide customer service support (pricing, clarification) over the phone for paying customers as far as I'm aware. . only if you sell a car etc. They tell you "go online". Fine, I'll go online. Price listed: Oil pan $43 (with core / 90 day warranty). Trim Piece $22 (w/ guarantee). So about the same price, but it is OEM albeit old AF. But faster. I can drive there, grab it off the car and install on my car today. Get to the register I see her ringing up 2 oil pans, $64 + other stuff and trim piece came out to over $108. Why? Because "its aluminum" apparently. But the other price parts on the website with different pricing specify if its more for certain materials.. everything except oil pans. "Please call the manager" I ask. Manager comes eventually and tells me "that's the price and if you don't want it, that's fine someone else will". "Um well the first car I looked at had a oil pan so I dont think its all that popular". Regardless to say, I decided to walk away. I'm not getting shook down for an extra $42 for a junkyard piece I will have to clean up. I will just buy the piece of aluminum (who cares if its OEM?) with a 2 year warranty for $53 from RockAuto. I guess I just wasted 3 hours of my time, but I said no out of principal. Manager was rude, condescending. She started looking up the prices and told me is $300, 500, 700 online. The dealer price is about $300. But its not covered in oil and its delivered to you in a plastic bag with a warranty. Manager also mentioned "us managers discussed this and agreed it is double price" to which I said "well I wasn't apart of that meeting". She never cursed at me, neither I, but I can tell she has some resentment towards customers in general. I will not be coming back unless I have to. LKQ, I would recommend you fix the prices for other customers because I can tell you this is NOT fine. if its advertised for $43, it shouldnt be double at the register. How would someone know that?

Took one of my kids to find hard to find parts on our toyota sienna. We had so much fun on our treasure hunt! Entry fee is 5/person, then you pay for parts as you leave. Next time I'm taking my other adult kids for their cars. I paid way below market value for good parts. The only down side I found was nit knowing cost of parts upfront, and the lady at the gate didn't speak English. But the yard was fairly easy to navigate and figure out. Just make sure your phone is charged so you can type in various parts and find the potential matches. I will definitely be back!!!

Their prices are way too high. I bought a headlight and grill in a brick line. The price came out to $134 plus the $5 entry fee. They should reduce the prices a little, some people can’t afford to pay high. That’s the reason they go in pull their parts by themselves. I hope the owner of this place will lower the prices.
