Green Auto Parts

These people are liars and thieves. They have no trouble selling you an engine that either will not fit or will not start. Whenever you have a problem, they only offer double talk and lies. If you are able to get a refund from them, they will make you wait 10 business days regardless if you paid them the cash. There are many other places in the Houston area that do not treat their customers this way. I learned about greens through a friend, and that is the only reason that I went there. Trust me when I tell you it's not worth the potential savings because in the long run, there is none. I will be telling everyone of the total lack of morals and ethics practiced at this business.

Great place. Mike was very nice and straightforward. Saw this on Facebook and came here. I called before coming to verify the part was available. …

Very unprofessional. They constantly messaged me on facebook offering far under the the asking price for weeks, and wouldnt take no for an answer I finally agreed to sell to them and confirmed a sale with this company for my car, 3 separate times on 3 consecutive days. They agreed to pay 800 dollars on all three occasions. When the wrecker finally did come he was late, and 800 dollars was completely out of the question right out the of the gate. All of a sudden they needed additional pictures, and then only offered half of the original agreed apon price. None of them answer the phone and all of them were pretty rude, and apparently we're not the only ones to complain about that. Trying to sell my car to this company was incredibly frustrating and difficult and a complete waste of time. Please don't use them, it's not worth it and they will just try to rip you off.

Downright nasty attitudes from the desk people, contrary to the review saying non-spanish speaking people get a bad treatment every body is treated as if they are making a favor selling parts, some by the way defective and they refused to …

Rude as hell just trying get my money and who talk to

I sold a few vehicles to them. They were so awesome to work with me because I wanted to keep my rims and tires. So I agreed to transport the vehicle to their business then I was able to remove them and take them with me. The driver whom I did business with, Ronald, I highly recommend him. BIG TIME THANKS TO GREEN AUTO PARTS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 …

Went there was told to ask for Gustavo, people didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Finally found the guy and he just pointed out to the yard and said go look, asked a worker to see if he knew where the car might be “do you work here” he replied with “do you?” Real Douche. This place is horrible, not worth going there. Plus when you find the car then you have to locate someone to help you get the parts. Just a bad place.

They gave me the entirely wrong part to my vehicle. Wrong year and all and refused to give me the money back. If THEY pick the parts and I tell them the correct year, make, model, etc. how is it my fault they sold me the incorrect part? Terrible service and such a rip off.

Friendly service, decent inventory and decent prices. Ramirez was a great guy to work with

Benny sold me a transmission had to change it twice. Constantly tells they are tested or came from wrecked cars. Don’t trust him he lies lies lies!
