I purchased a transmission from them. First off they sent the wrong converter torque over with transmission and took 2 days to get them send the correct torque over to the mechanic. Then when all repairs were done on my vehicle which was a total of two months. When I received my vehicle on Jan 10th by Jan 15 th check engine light was on I was told that transmission was no good it was going out. I paid 1200 dollars for a transmission that was a piece of junk that I drove for 3 days on the road. I was told that it wasn’t once it left mechanic shop it was once it left the Apache shop warranty started my warranty no good. I’ll never buy a part from Apache again. I’m out $2000 just on transmission and labor alone.

My son purchased a hub assembly from this company. It took the worker 1.5 hrs to find the part then my son took the item to get his car fixed to the auto place fixing his car. They told him there was a problem. The part was no good, basically defective. My son took it back and Apache auto parts, only gave him a partial refund. Never go to this place because they don’t check their products and you’re gambling with your money.

Worst used auto parts in America!! Buyers be ware!!! I bought a used motor from them and the motor was worse than the one I took out of my truck!! $2300 dollars down the drain!!!

Guy there hung up the phone in my face Twice. He wanted me to drive there, pay for a headlight that cost 650.00 that they didn’t have there to make sure that it’s the same and the condition, he said i would have to pay for it then they would deliver it so I can be able to see it. I’ve been in the industry for over 30 years and this is the worst of the worst. Especially knowing that junkyards normally do not like to return your money if the part is defective or incorrect. I will never buy here again and will relay this information to everyone I know that is in this industry.
