SOUTHWEST PARTZONE AUTO PARTS

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Your Go-To for Quick Parts and Helpful Advice! If you’re looking for a reliable spot for your car needs, Auto Part Zone (and similar shops like AutoZone) is a solid choice. I’ve visited several times for everything from new batteries to windshield wipers, and I’m always impressed by the selection. They carry a wide range of parts, from their dependable Duralast line to specialized fluids and tools. The Highlights: Helpful Staff: The team is usually great at troubleshooting. On my last visit, they even helped me run a free engine light scan, which saved me a trip to the mechanic. Convenience: They almost always have what I need in stock, and if not, they can usually have it delivered to the store by the next day. Free Services: I really appreciate the free battery testing and installation—it’s a huge time-saver! Room for Improvement: The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get pretty busy on weekends, leading to a bit of a wait at the counter. However, the quality of service and competitive pricing make it well worth it.

Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. We recently purchased a transmission and they provided the most competitive price available between Louisiana and Texas, which included a 30-day warranty. They are very rude and not polite. There is a small group of employees working there who are really arrogant and very pushy! I ask if I can take it back if it is defective. He shakes his head and says no, as if mockingly! I didn't come there to play games. My time was wasted. Shame on you!
