Roe at Autobahn Land Rover is hands down one of the best parts reps I’ve worked with. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we get the correct parts quickly and efficiently. Being a shop owner it is extremely important to have parts representatives that truly have your back and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure my business run smoothly!! Thats exactly why Roe is one of the BEST!! From sourcing hard-to-find items to following up and making sure everything is right. Her professionalism and reliability truly set her apart. Joe and the service team always go above and beyond. That man knows how to deliver a true concierge experience. He treats everyone he meets with respect and kindness. I’ve been coming to him and Colby in the service department for the last half-decade, and they’re consistently incredible. One time I accidentally left a 40-pound bag of cat litter and my garage door opener in the free loaner they gave me while my Range Rover was being worked on. Joe not only called me—he stayed 40 minutes after closing, sitting there with my bag of kitty litter just waiting for me. He carried it out to me with a smile, refused a tip, and said he was just happy to help. You don’t meet people like this anymore. This is exactly why you should seek these guys out. They are true class acts.

Spoke on the phone with parts advisor Corbin. Not only was he fast and efficient but he made sure to get my parts to me on time and that's what we appreciate here at Mercedes Benz of Lubbock!
