Every visit to this place is always top notch! Timely, quick turn around, great communication. One of the best service departments I have used in decades!

I took my brand new car for its first oil change and they messed up so bad. I woke up to an oil lake in my garage. I had to take it back and got a loaner, at least they don’t leave you high and dry. But my garage still needs cleaning and I almost had to tow the car. So far i’m mildly annoyed.

No stars, if it would let me... Placed on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on. Called back, immediately placed on hold again. Very unprofessional!!

Waited on hold for 45 minutes. Tried the contact form and after a month and still no response I found a different place for my service. For a luxury car place zero customer service
