Not a good experience. My kids ordered me a tonneau cover through Amazon with WunderCarParts fulfilling. They ordered it on June 18th. On June 20th, a FedEx label was created. It said it would get delivered by June 25th. Nothing. Every time I checked tracking, it said "label created." Then the notification comes from Amazon. We're sorry your order is delayed. If it does not arrive by July 3rd, let us know and you can get a refund." It never arrived. It never even shipped. My son called on July 5th to cancel the order and now four days later the refund is still "processing." I know the 5-7 business days thing is standard but I cannot remember a time I had to wait more than 3 days for a refund. Meanwhile, my Tacoma bed sits there...uncovered...naked...suffering through the rain, all alone like some pickup hoor. This may have been a one-off but it was not the best experience and I wasn't even the purchaser! I was the to-be-gift recipient.

I Tried To purchase 4 wheels from this company , I was working with a young lady ( Jena ) for the past 3 days and she was quoting me prices for the past few days i want to say she was amazing and really tried hard make sure they fit my truck and answer all questions then i called back and wanted to purchase 4 wheels and asked to speak to her , and i was told she was in the back and should have never been quoting me prices or helping me, i asked to speak to the owner or manager and man i was talking to to said he is the Manager , we was so unprofessional and told me all the Prices the lady gave me were all wrong and he would not Honor her prices , i told him to let me speak to her and he told m NO! In my opinion he degraded her and had no respect for effort in helping the customer , I asked him over and so will sacrifice in loosing a customer and not making a Sell , he told me he does not Care , I told him i would never buy from this company and share my experience with every one . I feel sorry for the women that tried helping so hard . Be very careful think as long as they have that attitude for the customers stay away from this company .

Packaging was damaged during shipping and parts were missing. This did not appear to be their fault at all since the packaging was done at the manufacturer. Brad responded immediately and professionally!!! I am extremely please with their service. When applicable, I will not hesitate to order from them again!

Staff & Management, Just want to thank and congratulate ‘ Wunder Car Parts’ for their assistance in an after-sale problem I recently had. The staff quickly responded and initiated a replacement product for the defective one. Big Thank You to all involved. I ordered a grill guard and there were some manufacturing issues. The company that shipped it, Wunder Car Parts, was great to work with. They made sure that I was happy and did what they needed to do to make sure I got what I paid for. They didn't make the grille guard but they sure took my satisfaction seriously. Super responsive and just an overall desire to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I will definitely try to order from them again.
