I had ordered a part a few weeks ago and It hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded within an hour and told me they were sending another one out, no extra charge. I will definitely purchase here again!

Restoring my 1968 Ford Mustang, they had nearly everything I needed and they are located in Canton, MI. A four hour round trip pick up on a Saturday saved me a few hundred dollars in shipping fees, not including the wait time.

We had a problem with our order where we were given the wrong part and did not notice it for an entire month until we were ready to assemble the car. Realized we had a right door instead of a left door the staff was very helpful in correcting the problem immediately no questions asked definitely great customer service
