My side hustle (HubesHub) has me at every self pull salvage yard in Michigan and other states weekly. Wellers and Lucky's are a dynamic duo in the Greater Grand Rapids area. Huge selection of vehicles (4k between the 2 yards 😳), super friendly staff, and the prices are great. If you frequent PAP or PYP, you're burning money. Those places are absolutely ripping you off. Stick with non franchise places like Wellers/Lucky's. One last thing because volume of vehicles doesn't always equal great yards. They cycle 15-20 fresh vehicles set daily. Every visit I find what I need or stumble onto some surprises. Check these guys out, you'll find your part and won't break the bank. Thanks again-Hubes
PS. How can I forget the bucket days? Buy a 5 gallon bucket and receive a large percentage off whatever you can fit. Crazy Town! Keep an eye on their Facebook or website as this happens periodically.
I really like this place to pull your own parts. Their prices are better than other pull your part stores. The only drawback is that you have to keep checking for inventory because they didn't have a way to track a vehicle you are interested in.

Found the parts car I needed car had more than what I was looking for. I was unable to get the part I needed off without breaking it however, I was able to get a lot of other things such as a center console lockbox and Some pretty beefy …
Needed a new car battery for a few months now I would keep a charger to start it every time. So instead of buying a brand new one for a couple hundred bucks, I found one for $40 ($30 if you bring the core back). You’d have to match your old one with theirs. Not all sizes will be there but I got lucky that day. It works jus as fine as a new one so no complaints at all. Really great timing.

What a great place to get car parts cheap of great value. They saved me a lot of money. I also received a battery pushing 1000 ohms! For $30. A great place to grab jumper cables as well affordable and excellent knowledgeable service. Thank you
They charge $2/person to enter yard, they won't tell ya that over the phone without asking about it. So now ya know. But real handy place to go for parts. Warranty or no warranty, up to you! Its free. But, no warranty you get 20%off. Warranty, full price, but can return it. Worth going
There building is very easy to find, easy access and also they are very welcoming. Someone crashed into the back of my 2013 gmc Acadia and they seemed to have every part that was needed with no issues .. …
Firstly, the location is terrible, if you miss the entrance you have nowhere to turn around and get back. Then, right off the bat it's a $2 charge to walk in and see their selection. They printed a list for me for the car I was looking for, but when I actually went back there the vehicles have been picked over so many times there is hardly anything useful left, one of the vehicles didn't match the description and the other was not present at all. Those vehicles don't get cycled out near enough to keep a fresh selection, one of them had grass growing in it. The grounds are hardly maintained, there's all kinds of bolts, nuts, and broken plastic all over. Of course, I found nothing that I was looking for.
For the $2 entrance fee, there is an excellent selection of easily accessible cars and trucks to pick through. The vehicles didn't seem well organized - imports and domestics, late model and old were more or less scattered together. Vans, …
2 dollars a person to enter yard and staff is super friendly and the vehicles are organized by brand so it's easier to find what you need
