I needed a left front window and while they didn't have it, they checked across the city and nobody did either. I got great advice and really appreciate it.

Good customer service. Trust worthy people from my experience. Had my engine replaced at a reasonable price for the job. Would recommend if you’re hard on trusting shops/mechanics these people will get you right.

Customer service was great. Had an engine installed and labor. I love that their parts and labor are guaranteed! Plus, I drove off & realized my windshield was broken while @ their shop. They replaced it & made things right!

I give one star only because I can't give a ZERO, they told me make a reservation to fix my car , I called Thursday to confirm the said yes say 8am I was there , there only changing an oil pan they tell me it will be ready by 6 pm I told them that if they could finish earlier please do, anyway I called at 5pm and find out they haven't worked on my car, that I have to leave it for 3 days for them to change an oil pan, I believe the reason they didn't work on my car was the person that I talked to under quoted the price, so they put my car to the side and worked on other cars and not mine , what a waste of time, would trust anyone with no word , a bunch of lies, lately the told me over the phone that they where already working on it , yet it was in the same spot I left it

Love shopping with them! The shop I work for has bought from them for a while now. On my personal vehicle my transmission went out, Trevinos found one for me with low miles! Absolutely recommend them!

Stole my oil. Paid for the $10 bring your own oil. One month later at another shop because this shop didn’t change my oil. I brought in a $60 oil filter and oil. They stole parts and my oil. Check fr my lawyer

I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone who’s having serious car troubles. I thought I was going to have to get a new car but they fixed my car in just 3 days not to mention the prices are very affordable. I loved the staff, everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and stayed in contact with me. My car is running like new they saved me so much time and money. Best mechanic shop in Texas hands down
