Fenix Parts San Antonio - Previously Assured Auto Parts

Mr mouse very professional, helpful and makes you feel comfortable and parts are ready set to pick up as time you're told

I was calling to get info for an engine and they were rude saying “are you really asking me” like HUH? I just wanted to know the miles. Ended up getting hung up…

Moya and Sergio went beyond my expectations to find the right door for my car. They also gave me all the instructions to do it myself which saved me thousands of dollars. May God Bless honest people. This is my place to go and I highly recommend it! Hoorah!!!

I was super pleased on the level of customer service and the assistance with finding the right parts for a car that I had that has discontinued parts. I will likely be returning in the future for parts and I highly recommend for anyone.

Moya was very helpful as I was looking for an a/c compressor for my daughter's 2016 EXPLORER. I highly recommend for great service and prices.

Great place to get OEM direct fit car parts and other auto related parts at unbeatable prices. The staff here is great too.. Jesse, Moya, and Abe are top notch professionals.. if they don't have what you need immediately, they can get it in a few days.. trust the process, these guys know what they are doing.. give them a try and start saving $$ on automotive parts today!!

Needed an ABS controller. I spoke to Moya and he quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what the dealership wanted for a brand new one. SOLD! The staff look and act professionally! A+

Youguys still show up as Assured Auto Parts. But just wanted to give a huge shout out to David Moya for Fenix Parts San Antonio. He gave great customer service. Thanks again David. Definitely recommend Fenix Parts San Antonio.

Super nice, was helped by Jesse and he answered all my questions and helped me find the right part at a great price. I will go here again in the future if I need more parts

Super rude staff, I was told “they’re here to make money not friends “ by the salvage yard sale associate when asked if the prices were fixed. Imagine trying to get refund lol Ignorance is an understatement .
