Specialty Auto Parts USA Inc

I just wanted to Share a few pictures of your product I am using on my new 383 Small Block Chevy . Thanks for the excellent quality, I really love the look.

Recently purchased a Proform alternator from a 3rd party seller. Had some issues with the part and the 3rd party seller was absolutely no help. When I was able to contact Specialty Parts directly, they had the issue sorted out and fully addressed in minutes. Literally, minutes. I see now that others have commented on their customer service and I cannot do anything but add to that and praise them for being absolutely outstanding in that. Thank you so much!

Had problems with my 67644 scale set. Dennis was extremely helpful. Gave me options and addressed all issues. Excellent support. Ended up being a battery issue. Energizer is investigating a claim. …

I bought a set of roller rockers and one of the pedestals broke before even torqued to spec. I called and talked to Mary and she sent me to Rick, I talked to Rick and no hassle at all they replaced and sent to me right away. I really appreciate the customer service. Thank you

They sell carburetors and no literature for them. Seems to be a bad business move. Sell a product like a carburetor and offer nothing for tuning, troubleshooting, etc.... never again. Bought two carburetors from Summit and asked for literature directly from proform and was told they offer nothing. No more carburetors from them for our drag cars.

This place has the best customer service I have ever had! Will buy a lot from this company in the future!

You should take your business elsewhere
