Sam's Auto Salvage

Called and they said they had my part and gave me a quote over the phone which was a pretty decent price since I was driving 60 miles to pick up the part. And when I told them what I was quoted after they checked and makes sure it was in fact in stock they quoted me 300 dollars for the part. That is insane when my original quote was 60 for the part.

Bad customers service also will sell you parts knowingly a bad part. I would not recommend this place also super dirty i would shower after going.

The return process is the worse one that I ever had experienced in my life , they accepted just cash but by the time of refund you have to come 4 times to get your refund as a check it doesn’t matter how far you live and how you want to use your money just they are trying to scam you .
