Duque Used Auto Parts

Purchased a Toyota transmission for $1000, ended up being the wrong one,(I’m not a transmission guy) brought back within 45 mins and never even pulled it out of my bed, charged me $300+ dollars because they didn’t have an exchange and refunded me back $700. I suggest not doing business here.

I got the radiator fan & fan clutch I needed. I had to return the first set, but they did me right & got me straight. I’m so glad I found them cuz I saved $130……

I came and bought a transmission wiring harness. Price is little bit elevated bit but other than that, customer service is ok.

No saven lo que venden pior servicio que me a tocado aseguranse que no les baya pasar lo mismo Worse experience, called about a simple part giving them the part number confirmed they had it .. we installed the part on the vehicle and it was the incorrect part . They claimed they had another one also the incorrect part They don’t know what they are doing they made me waste my time .

SCAM ALERT! How on EARTH is this place still in business! Sold me a foodtruck for $12000 that was supposed to be in runing condition. Put Silicone on the motor block to seal it up and didnt tell me. The owner, Ceaser said he would have his …

Friendly staff. Large selection of used auto parts. If possible, try to bring the original piece you to check its the right one. Unless you work on cars,or have good knowledge on parts, be aware that common folk like me will risk it for the biscuit.

Not a good place. Scammers if you ask me. Sold me wrong part and on top of that a bad part which cost me 541.25. Took part back next day and would not refund me my money. It’s funny how the bottom of the receipt says all claims and returns must be accompanied by this bill, which I had in my hand and still to this day will not give me my money back.

They are very helpful didn't have my part but took time to direct me somewhere I could get said part would definitely take my business here again

Do Not recommend them! Bought a cluster and got a written one day warranty on reciept. A few gauges didn't work so I returned it the next morning .They could not produce another cluster and refused to give my money back as agreed (written) the day before. Forced purchase of a random part that i didn't need.

First time coming to get parts here. Walked in and was helped right away.
