The people Working at the front desk Are an embarrassment to the company, no customer service skills. They make up some price More than it really is, then they pocket the difference. I've seen them do it many of times Yeah, there's cameras, but they know how to go around them. And the guy has been working there for years. I refuse to go back there. Everybody, there is Always pissed off. Maybe 1 or 2 people there are in a good mood. And these are the people that are sitting at the desk. Not doing anything just talking half the time. You're better off just going to the auto parts store to get the part. Or to a different junkyard. I never understood why the owner had them. People behind the dust that didn't know anything.

This place is horrible and doesn't pull good parts and just sells damaged ones and won't give your money back like they say they will. I will NEVER go there again. It has been days of problems

They were very helpful here answered all my questions, were cheapest on the parts all around good atmosphere good people thank you to the two men who helped me at the counter and on the phone I'll definitely be back

Paid for a part i was told they had, turns out they did not have it, i was supposed to get a phone call later that week wednesday received it in, never received a phone call period it's going on 3 weeks now without the part that i paid for …

Went looking for just random parts the ppl was very helpful and the prices was great going back for a few other parts Monday morning

They told me they had my part. When I get there i had to walk all thru the mud to find it. Walk for about 40 min no part.

EVERYTHING about RPM has been great in all my dealings, EXCEPT for one thing, and it's administrative, not the personnel. To get used parts, either pulled from a car, ordered new or used from another source, or even to hold an available part, the part must be paid for up front. Very reasonable, considering the type of business transactions. However, RPM is SO behind times that they do not accept payment over the phone. They take debit, just not over the phone. That means driving all the way there to pay for an item, and if it needs pulled from the yard, another trip back to pick it up. If they would fix this business flaw, RPM would be a 5 star salvage yard all day long...
