Flint Auto Salvage

They were the only ones who had the transmission and torque converter I needed for my project. They proceeded to use 4'+ pry bars to break the dust cover off from the engine and bent the torque converter in the process. Initially everything looked fine but upon inspection at home we noticed the damages done. I got the run around from them on "trying" to find a new one for three days before they accused me of the damages and refused to refund claiming that they could not get ahold of the boss. So much for the 30 day warranty. Not professional at all they just want to scam you from your money.

I called to get a alternator for my truck and they said sure we have one. I drove from Holly to get it and when I get there they don't have one off the truck. Then he guy said take my tools and see if you can find one and I'll give you a …

Dont waste your time. Called there looking for a part around noon. Guy says they were busy but he would check and call me back.. Nothing til 330pm. I call back. Guy says part is ready to go. I drive up there. They say the guy i talked to left for the day and they have no decent header panels. Procede to tell me that thats not what i need anyway. Trying to sell me a grill that i already have. Dont waste your time or gas trying to get parts from them. Nothing but a run around.

You'll be waiting for a long time if you go here. They also can't be bothered to answer the phone they're usually right next to. Lazy people. Spend the 10 minutes you’ll end up waiting and go somewhere else.

My freind and I went there to get a fender for my car. He got on the roof of one of the junk cars to see if he could find the specific car we were looking for. One of the employees yelled at us, and we apologized. Then called my friend a moron and asked him if there was a problem! I will never again try to buy a part there!!

My brother in law bought a transmission from them. They said they would delivery it by noon the next day. They never pulled it from the car and when he went to pick it up, they told him to come back in 15 mins. When he went back the doors were locked. Scam artists!
