Rastro MR Used Auto Parts

Highly recommend this auto parts store! The team was very professional and took the time to help me find the correct part for my vehicle. Great customer service, good prices, and very fast help. I’ll definitely be returning for future car parts.”

Terrible phone etiquette!! First time I call, no one speaks I kept saying hello and I got hung up on. Second time calling they finally speak and I said I need assistance finding a rim and they said ma’am we’ve already spoken to you three times we do not sell single rims. Absolutely ridiculous as I was calling for my first time I’ve never spoken to anyone there before. Horrific phone etiquette. I will not be doing business with these people and you shouldn’t either. I gave one star so I can be able to leave a comment.

Terrible services over the phone. They need to be properly trained. “I don’t have that car sorry” and immediately hangs up….. I had other cars I was calling about not just one. Se nota que estan sin ganas de trabajar.

Mr Used Auto Parts is hands down the best place to find quality used parts. Their selection is reliable, prices are fair, and the customer service is top-notch. The manager Eduardo goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves …

Horrid service. Called them and just put me through to someone else until finally they just ended the call. I guess they don’t need money. P.s. hire better employees.

I recently bought an engine for my 2015 Nissan at Rastro MR Used Auto Parts. The staff was really helpful in making sure I got the right engine for my car. The engine was in excellent condition, and it’s been running smoothly. The price was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

I visited the place recently, and I was referred to Mauricio by my nephew Darvens Charles who went there a week prior to my visit. Frankly, I was surprise by Mauricio kindness and the willingness who moved from one place to another to get me all that I wanted. I myself a whole foods Market employee and I've been doing customer service for the past 21 years. I have never received or ever expect such service in a used auto parts. I thought he was the owner, but when I asked, he told me that the owner was not in his office at the moment. I purchased for over $2000 because of the service that Mauricio offered

Excellent service, good advice, good price, good treatment, trained staff. If you need a part for your vehicle, call them, they can help you.

I highly recommend that no one in their right mind does any business with these people. I bought a transmission from them for my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and Oscar promised that I wouldn't have any issues with it. He told me that they didn't …

In their own words - they really don't care. Called about a Red door advertised on their site, yes we have it, $300 - Pay me via Zelle. I pay, 8 minutes later - we don't have it, but i'll get you one. Requested a refund 4 times, refuse to acknowledge the request, just sling mud and say we'll get a door. If you can't go in person, don't trust them. I expect a response that this is all my fault, as blame the customer seems to be their flavor - yet I'm out the money, and don't have a door.
