Its a husband and wife business. Wife is nice but husband, Raul is a total crook. He will lie to you and sell you wrong, defective or different parts. While i was waiting my part , 2-3 people were screaming unhappy and asking for refunds and raul ignored all of them. When my time came , i got exact same issue. I asked different part, he also mentioned it will be almost new and it came like 15 years used at least. Terrible, find parts somewhere else

I’ve never been to a Rastro and called asking how it works to get a part for my truck model. The man instantly was annoyed and rude. Turns out the price was the same as ordering brand new online with 2 day shipping…not worth dealing with used parts and rude customer service.

So I was here yesterday, came back today. Wrong part was given to me. Had to wait 2.5 hours for them to change it. When I asked for a refund “Frankie” which says he is the owner said he has to charge me 25%. Horrible customer service. On top of that no one has a mask on so if you’d like to catch COVID. Do come here

Called ahead to make sure that my part was available and was told there were several to choose from. I arrived and looked everywhere in the yard and there were none. There is obviously issues with inventory at this location and customers should not be robbed of their time. If you don't have a part simply state the facts. Don't have customers roam your yard chasing ghosts.
