As an owner of a very busy used car store I would say DO NOT believe all of the bad reviews you see, I was treated better here than most parts yards with integrity,honesty, and respect. I know what they deal with from the public and truly believe they do a GREAT job. They have a very large inventory, the part I purchased was EXCATLY as described over the phone and I will call them first when I need more parts. The bad reviews you read are probably from impatient people who do not know what the other end of the phone deals with....I do because I deal with the public regularly , all I can say is for those who post negatives you probably are never satisfied with any real service . GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I have a 1998 Honda Accord that had a A/C issue a mechanic was asking for $400 hundred dollars for the repair... It ended up being a relay that goes under the dash. The customer representative went above and beyond he's way to help me with the issue and even gave me a great electrician number...The point to this review is this place is awesome and they will help you with everything they can. Oh and I fix my car with just $35 dollars. Thank you MOP for your help.

HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I work in the office of an Auto shop in Pompano Beach Florida. I call for parts everyday to many different parts stores. I have had my fair share of bad services from people, alot of them treat me badly because I'm a woman in the car world. I am used to this kind of treatment but a few days ago I called MOP looking for an engine for a 2003 Ford F350, I spoke to a man that was a little brute. He didn't seem to be listening very well and talking to the people around him while I stood on the phone trying to tell him what I needed. I had to repeat myself many times but he finally got the information I was explaining only to say "nope, don't have" then hang up. Today I called MOP Auto Parts looking for an Engine for a 2009 Dodge Charger. I spoke to the guy who answered the phone, told him what I needed and he asked for a minute and when he returned to my call, he just yelled into the phone "WE HAVE NO CHARGER, LADY!" and hung up the phone. I debated on calling back and giving this guy a piece of my mind but decided that it would be more appropriate to go online and write a review on how rude the people at MOP are. I told my boss about this phone call and how ridiculous it was that these people are so rude and he and I both came to the conclusion that it is the LAST TIME WE WILL EVER CALL MOP!!!!! Horrible service! Won't call back. Hope this review prevents many people from experiencing such horrible customer service at this place!

That was the worst customer service I’ve ever had!!! just because I didn’t speak Spanish the guy hung up on me, he didn’t even tell he only spoke Spanish!! I asked one question in English and he hung up on me!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Best place I been to for really good prices on car parts. When I went in I told them what I needed and they got to it as fast. Although man that answers the phone is a little rude but it happens when u have people that don't know what they need when they first call. My car needs some parts gusse who im going 2 MOP !

Called twice, was put on hold, then they would hang up, very bad service. Went to buy a small part 10$ or less, they wanted to sell me a whole transmission. Wont go here again, wont recomment again
