Absolutely terrible place to do business with. I ordered a transmission on a Tuesday before Labor Day and was told it would be in Friday. I called Thursday evening and was told that I could pick it up the following day as I had been previously been told. I paid a gentleman to pickup the transmission for me as my truck was without a transmission. When we arrived Friday morning I was told the truck and broken down and the part wouldn't be in. I asked where the truck was and we may would go pick it up. The clown working the front desk said for all he knew it could be broken down in a field somewhere. I asked if they didn't have any tracking on a truck traveling 9+ hrs or had communication with the driver. I asked about the guarantee on having the parts on time as promised as it ran on a large monitor behind the clueless jerk working the desk. He said that there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager. The salesman that I bought the part from told me that they would deliver that part to my house the following Wednesday following the long weekend and would take $200 off. The part didn't arrive Wednesday so I called and was promised it would come Thursday. The transmission wouldn't come Thursday or Friday. Repeated calls I would be given the run around. Neither the salesman or the general manager would return my calls. After 10 days of being given the around I showed up with the authorities as I had paid for the transmission had been paid for in full. The salesman then informed the part and been " lost' and that they refunded my money the previous day after holding it for 2 weeks without at least a courtesy call. They don't stand behind their word or the guarantee they falsely display behind the counter. I would recommend you go anywhere but here. Horrible place to do business with.

Found this place online. Called and worked with Trent. He was fantastic to work with. Retrieved the part in the pouring rain and sent me pics to approve the condition. Part shipped the next day and was at my door in MN a couple days later. Excellent customer service! Thanks, Trent!

I drove nearly six hours round trip to purchase a knee airbag for a 2018 Honda Odyssey . Unfortunately, the airbag was not properly removed from the donor vehicle and was damaged in the process. When I attempted to install it in my vehicle, I discovered it was defective. Considering the long distance I traveled, it is not practical for me to return and exchange the part. For this reason, I must leave negative feedback regarding this purchase.

Unbelievable business practices. Found item on bay (back hatch chevy) says local pickup only. I drive 150 miles and arrive at open 08:00. They say it was flagged for damage but i cant assess it and they won't spare anyone to take a photo …

This company will bid on a part with 2 prices. per the insurance co we are required to pick the lowest price only to have them reject it. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT. This requires us to create a supplement and resubmit this estimate. this is a 15 to 20 minutes i don't get paid for 10/6/25 today the were the lowest bidder again and tried to order the part with in minutes of the bid and it was rejected THEY DID IT AGAIN 12/11/25 PLEASE STOP
