Went in about 5 minutes before close and didn’t know I needed to make a warranty claim instead of a return, I was missing a few things but Victor worked overtime to get me going!

I went to this store twice for parts and was given the wrong part twice. Not once but twice! I went to another Parks and was told this particular part is on back order and not available at any location. Thanks to the Manager Liz for the inconvenience .

Friendly environment for me every time I go in. I would go back personally. Alternator I bought still charging as should.
