This is THE PLACE to get what you need for your car! They have almost EVERYTHING! Huge amount of parts available, they’ve had lots of random little things that I couldn’t find anywhere else for my 90s OBS Ford. Special mention to Terry in the speed shop for always being a plethora of knowledge. Even if the computer says they don’t have the part he can probably find you it in some old school book or using some other magical method. Prices are usually better than all the competitors, sometimes the others are better but 9/10 times this place is the best deal and my go-to. I wish there were parks auto’s in every state!

my husband shops here allllll the time to where all the older employees know him by name. He bought a part yesterday 10/19/25 and it was the wrong part so he brings it back today 10/20/25 but didn’t have the receipt. Mind you the gentleman who sold him the part was there and CONFIRMED he did indeed bought the part yesterday and was cool with letting my husband exchange the part which is all my husband was trying to do. the manager CHRISTEN was so nasty and refused to allow him to exchange the part. I come in and immediately start looking for this policy in the store and I found it. But it saysssss “customer needs to have RECEIPT for all REFUNDS”!! NOT EXCHANGE!!!! so at this point I’m confused! Even I asked her about the policy she was still very rude and nasty!! one of the employees name Mike did the exchange and was a big help! as we’re leaving out the door another employee a woman who has what looks to be make up around her eyes started saying rude sly comments to me and my husband … she stated she came to work mad already! We left. We get in our vehicle to leave and this woman followed behind us getting in her car still shouting things to my husband and myself! This place needs to be shut down or the women need to FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are rude nasty have no customer skills what so ever!!! They are giving PARKS a very bad name!!

Went up there to get a battery for my car tested they said they didn't test battery's what auto parts store xant test a battery for you like come on would not go here again if it's the last place on earth. There were 4 people just sitting behind the counter while I was waiting talking and no one came up to help me and when one finally did he was rude

I just purchased the jb weld radiator fixed kit I had a low crack on The top of my radiator on the left side I put this on a little cure for 24 hours and it’s still hard and working fine good fix for the temporary until I get a new radiator for my vehicle. Thanks. Parts auto

Absolutely the best customer service ive had in a long time. I forgot the pretty lady name but she was great! They had all my parts right and also gave me knowledge of how to put the part on right just want to say thank you I will recommend the store to anyone.
