Check ur parts before u take it cuz they wnt return or exchange the part or money i bought a radiator and open it and it was damaged i went back to see if they can help me exchange it but they said no

Nancy is very nice, she never has parts in stocks, always has to order. But if that was not the cast, I would buy there.

Big warehouse and will take time to retrieve your parts but still Great Service and prices! Due to Covid-19 Only two or three customers inside the lobby. You will be asked to wait outside in the scorching Laredo sun. Bring water, a chair and a umbrella. If you’d rather sit in your vehicle and waste gas plus beat the hell out of your AC system (if you have AC) is your choice.

The prices are good, I hate the lady that answers the phone she answers an then puts you on hold for a long while an then she hangs up, I called 3 times and she did the same thing. Why do they hired lazy people.

They need more help at their front desk but over all good experience and good prices but take forever to bring orders from warehouse to the front due to heavy workloads

The door at the front by the street won’t open till 9 but there is another door on the side of the building, they open at 8 for unloading Was at the front till almost 9 then found out trucks are already inside 🤝👍 …
