MARTINEZ BROTHERS COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC (FORMERLY JESSE MARTINEZ DEL NORTE

I recently had my vehicle’s transmission fixed at Martínez Brothers repair shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Mr. Robert Martinez was a pleasure to deal with, and he went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was repaired quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this car repair shop to anyone in need of quality service, and I would definitely ask for Mr. Martinez if you want to ensure that your vehicle is in good hands.

Great customer service!!! Very knowledgeable personnel. Friendly people.

Very very very bad customer service!!! The worst experience! Did not care for my situation with my car, instead of fixing the issue they just left my car at the dealership without letting me know! Just a very bad experience with them.

Have you ever heard of a mechanic shop where the vehicle owner is not allowed to call and ask about the advancement of the diagnosis and the possible repairs of your vehicle? Well, Jessie Martinez Del Norte is the place! As an owner and …

Took them 4 months to rebuild my transmission and after only 3 months of use it broke down again. If you value your time, and money go elsewhere. Oh and these clowns still have the audacity to get mad when you call or stop by to ask how your vehicle is going.

So professional there were able to accommodate what I needed within a timely manner.

Real bad service they had my daughter's car for 8 months never could fix transmission i won't recommend them to no one I took it to another place they fixed it in 3 days
