Gonzalez Auto Parts #01

Slow service, you will be ignored if you let yourselves be. Many times they don't have exactly what you are looking for, as it will be located at another location within the city which kills any time saving you though you might do. Counter sales people run the gauntlet of totally unexperianced to Master knowledge.

Its 630pm parked right in front of the store get to the doors employee shuts off lights and doors locked when its said they close at 730pm ridiculous!

My car's battery died, before going in to work😠. I call autozone and oreilly. They give me an outrageous price. From 129-139 dollars. I asked the lady is that the less expensive one. She then tells me the battery she is giving me is what the computer is telling her. I just hung up and called GAP. The gentleman answered and i asked him, he said i do have one. "Beto" said he had several prices. He gave me a less expensive one that met my needs at this moment. Beto thank you for the great service and professionalism.

We were visiting lareado that day, and these people are very knowledgeable and helpful in our experience, I recommend them to all who stay in laredo to check them Out.

I was looking for a part to fix my car. I called almost all Auto parts stores and shopped around; at the end Gonzalez Auto Parts gave me the best deal by far and saved at least $100!

Always have the part I need and if not they point you in the right direction. Highly recommend 👌 …
