Get ready to be on hold for 15 minutes at minimum every single time you call. No matter what day of the week or time of the day. They DO NOT care about customer service. Sometimes they won't even say "please hold". Just answers and hits the hold button. I promise you if you called right now, you'll be put on hold for way too long

Their website and corporate phone service is abyssal..Calls it an Engine Assembly but is trying to sell you a Long Block..says it contains Block to heads and all the internals "What about the valve springs that technically aren't inside that?" - "I don't know, sir. My sales script doesn't specify. I'm not a mechanic and we don't know any mechanics that you could talk to about this matter...so...would you like to buy an engine?" "From you? No..."
