INDIANAPOLIS AUTO PARTS LLC

Great deal on a wheel after looking at other places. Quick and easy! Thank you Jennifer and IAP! 👍🏻 …

Said that they had a part, already purchased it. They also said they’ll call back never did, so i called them and was on hold for 20 mins and someone finally replied saying he would give me a call when they got the part out the car. Turns out they NEVER had the part but already took the money…. Maybe don’t take the money until you’re 100% sure you have the parts. Very poor customer service as well. I’ll never be back here.

Awful saw 2 of the exact same cars as mine in the front with the wheel I needed on them. Went in on Friday said they had the part, I know I saw them. It would take a couple hours to get it, but had me pay 1st. Got call later they didn't have my part so now I wait for a refund to hit my card. Annoying. Honestly you all just need to be honest while you are trying to sell whole cars and change your business to a used car lot. I will ne going back in there to check on my refund today

Love them, second time getting a car from them ❤️ they are so pleasant & understanding & always easy to want to accommodate & work with what you have. They’re amazing, TRULY lol

I am new to indianapolis and I needed a part for my car. They were the closest to my location so I gave them a chance and called. They said they had the part. I showed up, paid for the part, waited 2 hours to be told the car was crushed that morning. 6 months later I gave them another chance. Silly me. Paid for the part and was told it would be a least an hour before they would pull the part. I was 4th inline. Showed up after an hour and was told i was 4th inline still. Waited another 2 1/2 hrs to be told again that they just crushed the car that morning. Won't be going back ever.

Called 4 times today to buy parts got put on hold all three times no one ever got back on phone if your that busy hire more help

It’s the worst place I have been in my life really bad services I made a return cause I never received my parts . They said they gonna call me to pick up my parts and when I never received that call I just go head for my money that’s the moment they said no refund 🤮 …

Awesome great parts low price with amazing service

Don’t go here. Will tell you part is available, then charge you. Once you go to the back it will not be available and you’ll be out your money for 3-5 waiting for refund. How can a business sell you something that is not available?

They was pretty quick service and had to return a part and no questions ask swapped me out.
