Very bad experience and lost 600$ (i was scammed) Ordered 3 lower grills and one oper grill plus bumper cover. Bumper Cover cost 600$ by self. Instead bumper I received two upper grills. Tried many times contacted customer service but they wont help me or send me refund or bumper what i bought! I have two little girls tried fix our family car for us ( 2021 jeep cherokee) I don’t have much money and i was scammed for 600$ from this company. Not recommended at all they will ghosted you. Not answering and i know i will never see my bumper or money!!! Big shame and if i can i will put 0 star On picture is prove I received two grills … why i will need two grills?

Great experience with Brandon on the phone this morning, very helpful, friendly, and patient. Helped me locate the part I needed, having it shipped to me from another state for a fair price. Will definitely keep LKQ in mind for future part searches, thanks team!

Do not do business with any LKQ branch. Sent me a bad engine, told me it came with a warranty when they sold it to me. Wont honor it. Out $4k, 2 weeks of labor, and over 10 hours on the phone getting the run around.

We encountered an LKQ box truck today on the expressway on 94 east of 75 the box truck was bobbing and weaving dangerously through traffic. DRIVERS BEWARE!!!

bad service. they posted a picture of a seatbelt but only sent me a buckle, then they said it was my fault. they refused to give me a refund and are forcing me to pay just to send it back. dont buy from any lkq

This is an utter disgrace of a company that so happens to value customer satisfaction. They go off of their own inferences, rather than consulting their customer. Looking for any and every reason as to deny a claim. I am currently a college student and I purchased an engine from them because my car's had blown. I ordered an engine from AUTOMOTIX, which i assume is some kind of subsidiary of LKQ online. I replace every filter, and flush and replace every fluid. And get the engine replaced. Then about a month later it throw's a code. The engine gives out as im driving. completely cuts off- the entire car. I then as a last ditch effort to fix it/ as a way to see if i can find any metal shards in the oil--> I change the oil . It made no difference and i was convinced the engine was done with. I then began to go through the painstaking warranty claim they have. This took weeks to get into motion. Then we spent about two weeks attempting to find heat tabs placed on the back of the engine block. ( it took about 2 weeks because i am a student who goes to school 4/7 days of the week, and that works the rest. ) We cant find the tabs ( me or the repair facility ). We tell the warranty people we cant and they send their own inspector. THE CLAIM IS DENIED. 1. Because the engine oil was changed? in a last attempt to save the car. 2. they found a dominos bag ( my workplace ) in the back of the car.. leading them to believe the car was driven for commercial use.. I am a insider at dominos and sometimes just have a bag in their for when i make food for myself or my family in order it stays warm for when i get home. Long story short; this is a heartless company that does not value their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
