LKQ Memphis

Coop is the best. He's very attentive and worked to find the part I needed. Returning an item was a smooth transaction. Great job 👍👍 …

Everyone that I met there was very nice and helpful Jesse told me what dock to go into Christopher was my fork lift operator he was cool he unloaded me right away it was a really good delivery I wish all my deliveries were like this THANKS!!!!

The customer service is atrocious. When speaking with company representatives I was disgusted by the harshness of the CSR's tone. I was told that the transmission I requested was unavailable, until I pointed out that my part came in all General Motors trucks with a v6 in that year. After being provided this information the CSR decided it was ok to go ahead and search the inventory(online), and he immediately told me the price would be 1700$ and I could pick it up now(they already had it in stock, he couldn't be bothered to actually search when I asked initially). The price he offered was higher than any of the parts stores in my area(new items with warranty), and this was a salvage product. Stay away from these people, bad pricing+bad customer service = no desire for any business.

Keystone has been delivering to me for years and I really like the drivers that I deal with. They're good people.

Drove an hour just for them to be closed an hour earlier than they claim to be online. Thanks for wasting my time and gas

Extremely rude staff. They act like you are bothering them. Called this morning the guy that answered sound like i woke him up. So unprofessional

Ryan Baggett is very knowledgeable and helpful..He makes purchasing parts from Keystone easy and accurate..!!

They open when they want and close when they want they close for one hour for lunch like a third world country public office

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone

Shanika in Texas customer service is a c*unt
