Landers Ford Memphis Parts

Good service they know their stuff and their accurate. I was gonna give them a four stars, but I have to give them a five but they definitely gotta work on their smiles, unless it’s a company policy not to smile but still great people

The slowest, non-customer service oriented parts dept I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Nothing like taking a personal call while there are three folks waiting in line, and one waiting to pay.

Great process (customer service could be more intune WITH the customer-but hey... pandemic 🤨😐🤨). The online scheduling leaves a bit to be desired - not the online functionality, BUT - the inability for the services scheduled to get done when arrived (specifically on the weekend). But, if you are going for the work performed ONLY - THEN, ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Star it is. However - going for the service only is not who I am. I want to be offered a shuttle (I was not) I want a call to discuss all options due for servicing (I was) I want the vehicle ready to be picked up WHEN AND IF I am told it is ready (it was NOT). ALL in all, having thr vehicle taken care of is what matters - but if it was the only mode of transportation I had (thank GOD 😊🙏🏾- IT was not) I would be totally unsatisfied with the other externals outside of the work done.
