LKQ Corp - El Paso

The staff of LKQ was so helpful and friendly. They found a part I needed for my vehicle and my mom's vehicle on top of which was for a really good price. Thank you to Mr. Tandis and his team. May GOD continue to Bless you! Sincerely, Stephanie W.

After reading all the bad reviews I was a bit worried about buy the bumper for my 350z here, but never judge a book by its cover. The customer service was great and quick. Walked in and out in about 15 mins. They had the bumper for my in …

They never answer their phones for non shop callers. If they do, they are super rude. When you go to their location, they "help" and if they don't have a part in stock but have it at another location, they will "order" it and tell you they'll call you. I was told id get a call in a week. 3 weeks later, no call. I shower up to the location to ask about the part and the part was not only not ordered, but no longer available for some bs reason that I couldn't understand the counter person. I was able to finally get through on the phone for another part, and still, 2 weeks later after they said they'd call me to let me know the part was in (promised in a week) still no call. I hate that I can't take my credit elsewhere. Don't do business here. Order parts elsewhere.

the reason I gave such a low rating. I got there at 8am no one helped me but there was three guys still at the counter on there phone. waited for about 20 min till someone finally looked up from there phone to help me. I looked up the part on my phone gave him my phone took another 20 mins. So 40 of waiting I needed to pay but no cashier till about 9am. she got in had to wait another 10 mins to pay and still waiting for my part it has been 3 days already. just order from amazon of got pick it from a junk yard yourself.

I went there yesterday to get a car door. Everyone working from start to finish gave great. Knowledgeable and friendly and helpful service. I highly recommend this company. They deserve 10 🌟 …
