J & S Truck & Auto Parts

I didn't like the service like before the prices are sky high now and I got the wrong part twice and have to pay a mechanic to do it twice

This place has horrible customer service they don’t like to do there job, the people here are lazy including the owner I had to look for my part myself because the youngster with curly Mohawk hair didn’t know what he was doing.

Took my truck in from Alamogordo nm to put in an engine best prices anywhere truck runs great

This corporation has excellent customer service. It’s a good place to go buy good merchandise for vehicles and if they don’t have it on stock, they will order for you management staff they’re always helpful.

Tested a few starters here at autozone they were bad. Was told at the front desk that if I waited till Monday that I would get a refund. Showed up on Monday and the guy told me the opposite. That it wasn’t his problem only thing they can offer is store credit. BEWARE THEY DONT GIVE ONE BOT ABOUT THEYRE CUSTOMERS.. very unprofessional.

Not one time that I've went does he have anything I need, keeps saying I don't have parts for that and I don't know if it's just towards me or something but he always tells me no I don't have the parts even when I can see the car in the yard with the parts I need, dude upfront with big eye glasses is the one that always attends me, maybe he has something against me but I don't even know him honestly wouldn't recommend. Guy next door tho (Alameda auto salvage) is much more helpful I recommend him instead

I had a great experience finding parts for my Dodge truck at J & S parts. Mundo at the front pointed me in the right direction to find what I needed. I have been back on two different occasions and have found assesories that will fit on my …

What searching for two different spare tires and found what I was looking, all the guys there gave great customer service. I will definitely be back for any and every part for my vehicles.

Do not do business with this place, I bought a transmission from them, put it in and it wouldn’t go into drive, after a week of struggling to get them to give me another one I finally received the second one and had it put in, only to find out, there was dirt, rocks, water, and a piece of a dipstick tube in the transmission pan, horrible place, these people are con artists and liars, I now have to pay $1300 for a rebuild.

Great prices for all your vehicles needs !! Mundo the Mgr. Is way attentive, and knowledgeable.
