I called about buying a drivers seat. I was informed that they could not sell the seat because of the length of the time it spent in the yard. I replied that it was a seat and i didnt care about how it looked and Ignatio repeated that it would most likely be rejected by QC and therefore could not be sold to me. So in essence the company would throw the seat away despite my willingness to pay for it as is. Days later i called again about the same seat, and inquired about buying the seat with no warranties or return. At this point Ignatio informed me that they could in fact sell me the seat but at full price. Then i asked why they would sell a seat at full price that they are willing to toss? His reaponse was that they would offer the warranty and return regardless hence the full price. Then he reminded me again that QC would most likely reject the seat being sold. So we came full circle again. Then i was informed that if i was still interested in the seat, i would have to drive 3 hrs round trip to pay for the seat as they do not accept payments over the phone , and come back two days business days afterwards to pick it up ( assuming QC does not reject the sale of the seat) This company is not designed to make money or offer great customer service.

I called to ask for a part and they stated they had it in stock. I drove 45 minutes for them to tell me that it was actually in Kansas, not Texas.

Excellent experience at first I was having a difficult time searching for my parts that I needed, but thank God a very helpful salesman answer the phone his name is Ignacio he make sure I got exactly what I needed

Had to return a HV Battery under warranty and swapping out the bad one for another was as easy as possible . I didn't check the new part and it was missing the fan but they had no problem with me coming back and taking the fan off the part I returned. Sepriana was helpful

This place is great. The staff was nice. They had the part I needed at a great price. I would have given 5 stars but although the part is there it takes 48 hours to get the part. They have to remove it from the car and that takes time.

This place is awful. First off, it is NOT a pick-n-pull. You tell them what they want, and they can source it locally or from another of their yards. That's not a complaint, just be aware you can't see the parts yourself before they offer them to you. You also have to pay in full before they pull the part, but they do offer you a full refund if you refuse the part, which is nice. More on that later. I asked for a glove box for my Tahoe. The first one that arrived looked like it was in a fire. Rusted, the plastic was completely discolored, basically unusable despite their rating of "A". I refused it. They offered to get me another one, this time from Dallas, so I'd have to wait. I agreed, although they'd already wasted my time and gas so far. It took almost a week, and this next one looked like it had been dragged through a bunch of gravel. It was scratched up horribly on the outside. I was extremely pissed off by this place wasting my time and money at this point. What idiot selected these parts and thought "Oh, he'll love this part. Looks great."?! I demanded a refund. They made me wait 15 minutes before telling me I'd have to wait 5-10 business days for. It didn't take these morons that long to process my payment... After waiting for 3 weeks and nearly forgetting about it, I called them back to ask why the hell my refund hadn't been processed. They gave me the runaround until I was able to leave a message with their "accountant", and finally I received my full refund. What a mess. I will never come back here. I've been to plenty of LKQ pick-n-pull yards over the years, and this one (not a real pick-n-pull anyway) was the WORST experience I've had with this company. Avoid this place, go to an actual yard where you can see the parts you're paying for. EDIT: No, I will not contact you. You had many chances to make it right before my review. Now you can just live with it.

Ignacio was very helpful with helping me find a wheel for my vehicle. He gave me all of the information I needed. Thank you! Highly recommend. And very reasonably priced as well.
