Austin Imports, 10/10. Vlad is an expert mechanic and the most polite, professional, fair, and honest person. He repaired my Mercedes-Benz’s AC system in less than two days after I dropped it off. He is very communicative and open. He went the extra mile to ensure the more expensive repair wasn’t necessary. I wholeheartedly leave this review in the hopes that other’s see it and put their faith in this gentleman’s work. His honesty and humor was delightful. He took the time to explain my options and he actually did the work to make sure the repair was what was needed, cutting my bill in half.
Thank you, Valdi!
I'm a 16 year customer of Austin Imports who drives in from 2 hours away since my move, because I don't trust anyone else with my cars. …
Valad is the real deal. He understands the ins & outs of my family’s Audi automobiles. Solid pricing, outstanding communication, and great customer service. Glad to have this shop close by. I’d refer anyone to this shop needing their services.

Great repair, front bumper and front hood, cleaned the car and washed it. Major plus, I had lots of dog hair and I don’t usually wash my car. Thank you - Ehren
Gave me a good deal on a brand new bumper and diagnosed a problem that was making front headlight malfunction, and put in a new headlight at no extra cost, while he was technically off on a Saturday. Can't beat this type of service! Thank you!!

There needs to be be more shops like Austin Imports! Upfront,Honest, best communication I have had with a mechanic and quality work. Definitely worth the 60 minutes to have my Volkswagen serviced
Thank you again Austin Imports
Awesome. Great shop for VW parts. I got a shifter boot and a couple other small parts for a great deal, and the owner even went out of his way to install one part for me. They talked to me a lot about my car and the best things to replace vs fix myself. Super helpful, straight shooters. Will use again.
