Great prices on oem glass.. the staff was great even waited for me after they closed so I could pick up what I needed couldn’t be happier with glass windows I needed and the service from the staff will use them again for all my car part needs

Austin Imports, 10/10. Vlad is an expert mechanic and the most polite, professional, fair, and honest person. He repaired my Mercedes-Benz’s AC system in less than two days after I dropped it off. He is very communicative and open. He went the extra mile to ensure the more expensive repair wasn’t necessary. I wholeheartedly leave this review in the hopes that other’s see it and put their faith in this gentleman’s work. His honesty and humor was delightful. He took the time to explain my options and he actually did the work to make sure the repair was what was needed, cutting my bill in half. Thank you, Valdi!

Gave me a good deal on a brand new bumper and diagnosed a problem that was making front headlight malfunction, and put in a new headlight at no extra cost, while he was technically off on a Saturday. Can't beat this type of service! Thank you!!

New Visit- Same Awesome service! This is the place for Great Service, pricing and my car runs like it did from day one! Had a tuneup,oil change, coolant flush, air filter, in cabin filter, wipers and the serpentine belt replaced and it was very affordable! Thanks Valad!! WOW WOW WOW!! Great SERVICE and HONEST so very knowledgeable of AUDI & VW, Go see Valad!! He has earned me a as customer and he is way better than going to the dealership!! and GREAT PRICING!! Very Impressed!!! Part2 had my transmission service today, Valid did another Great Job on my car!!! and very affordable!!

Awesome. Great shop for VW parts. I got a shifter boot and a couple other small parts for a great deal, and the owner even went out of his way to install one part for me. They talked to me a lot about my car and the best things to replace vs fix myself. Super helpful, straight shooters. Will use again.
