I got a used car dealer. Do not deal with Jonathan Bristow "JB", he will quote u higher prices than what posted online. Also made me wait 4 days for pickup parts because he screw up pickup location, even though was texted to him from day one...then he got demeaning and disrespectful. Won't deal with them again because of him.

Great Price on what I needed and the women I dealt with (Isabel) was super helpful and easy to deal with getting me the correct part +Shipping was fast 3-4days the confirmation number came the same day the part was delivered TY again

Lack of quality assurance, would not shop here. Ordered a fuel tank for my Ram. Picked it up after hours and struggled to find the parts where the Manager mentioned they’d leave it but thankfully there was a delivery driver I caught that helped me find it. Was left inside and wouldn’t have been able to get it myself. I saw a cap on the fuel tank for some of the hoses was broken off the tank and had a broken nipple. Thought I could replace it with parts off my tank. Learned it was not replaceable after trying to take it off my tank and calling the dealership. Spoke with the parts department was ok to either replace or refund my order and offered a discount for the part to cover towards my time. I appreciated the discount so I ordered two doors and a fender on top of the replacement tank. The parts that were discounted were the same price as I was originally quoted and when I confirmed pricing over text, each part was increased $10-30. I ordered all silver fender, and doors as well as the tank totaling $1130. I took off work and came to pick up the parts on Friday. Looked at the parts before paying to find the fender was damaged, doors were a completely different color between front and rear and the tank was broken in the same spot. Wasted 6hrs of driving and a Saturday pulling my tank off to find I had bad parts sold. The rep at the store told me at least I didn’t prepay $1130!

Customer service actually horrendous they will hang up in your face with no regard I will Be spending my money elsewhere!!!!!

I run a shop in Middlesex and order tons of parts a month from George. The partnership started a few years ago when a coworker suggested using him as my main contact. I can honestly say in my decades of running a shop and ordering parts …

I called to ask about a fender, it’s a Honda accord 2018, the lady asked me if it’s a coupe or sedan, I said it’s a 2018 body style. In a very rude and condescending voice she goes, I heard the year…. I’m asking is it a coupe or sedan. I told her they don’t make the 2018 accords in coupes and I told her it was a sedan. Just rude for no reason.

I had my fair share of bad service before, but this takes the cake. Recently purchased a radio panel from Fenix parts in Rahway ny. Spoke with one representative l, gave them my part number and it matched what they had so I paid for it. …
