I got a used car dealer. Do not deal with Jonathan Bristow "JB", he will quote u higher prices than what posted online. Also made me wait 4 days for pickup parts because he screw up pickup location, even though was texted to him from day one...then he got demeaning and disrespectful. Won't deal with them again because of him.

I have a shop in Brooklyn.I have been purchasing engines many times there are always problems.When they remove engine they broke bolts for catalytic,they broke dipstick half of it stocked we couldn't remove it.It has been 4-5 days working on this issue to be able to put engine back.I will never gets engine from you! Lack of quality assurance, would not shop here. Ordered a fuel tank for my Ram. Picked it up after hours and struggled to find the parts where the Manager mentioned they’d leave it but thankfully there was a delivery driver I caught that helped me find it. Was left inside and wouldn’t have been able to get it myself. I saw a cap on the fuel tank for some of the hoses was broken off the tank and had a broken nipple. Thought I could replace it with parts off my tank. Learned it was not replaceable after trying to take it off my tank and calling the dealership. Spoke with the parts department was ok to either replace or refund my order and offered a discount for the part to cover towards my time. I appreciated the discount so I ordered two doors and a fender on top of the replacement tank. The parts that were discounted were the same price as I was originally quoted and when I confirmed pricing over text, each part was increased $10-30. I ordered all silver fender, and doors as well as the tank totaling $1130. I took off work and came to pick up the parts on Friday. Looked at the parts before paying to find the fender was damaged, doors were a completely different color between front and rear and the tank was broken in the same spot. Wasted 6hrs of driving and a Saturday pulling my tank off to find I had bad parts sold. The rep at the store told me at least I didn’t prepay $1130!

In a very rude and condescending voice she goes, I heard the year…. I’m asking is it a coupe or sedan. I told her they don’t make the 2018 accords in coupes and I told her it was a sedan.
