All American Auto Salvage

Found parts online through Car-Part.com and were listed available at All American Salvage. I sent an E-mail to All American Auto Salvage in Rahway NJ and an immediate response was sent back by George stating the parts were available with color codes and condition(George was very Helpful). When driving there the next morning I was helped immediately by cashier and was told we will retrieve it asap and show it to me before paying. That's is when a professional young man from the office volunteered to get the parts i requested. Within ten minutes the young man returned with the Nissan hood and other parts he showed me the parts and stated after you pay if you like the parts, "I will bring them out to your car and load it".(very professional and helpful employee). Sorry I do not remember his name(Tall white male, 20's and brown hair) but he was great dealing with,Thank You Again. After my experience with All American Auto Salvage, it was worth the one hour drive to, many yards are not this helpful. Again Thank You for assisting me with my car repairs. Patrick Mac

These guys who sell auto parts are incompetent. They can sell you the wrong auto part, but if you want to return or exchange it, they will be rude and disrespectful. In addition, they will try to find a reason not to return the money. The …

Excellent customer service and affordable prices

Great customer service. I highly recommend

Well I don’t no about the parts because I couldn’t seem to get anyone on the phone. They’ll answer, hear you, and politely hang up in your face, or answer like it’s a fast food restaurant and say please hold, and never return

Stopped at all American on Tuesday, had a problem on my car and didn’t quite know the part. The owner walked out, I started my car and he told me what it was, an alternator, he charged me $50 and recommended me a quality place to install it. The job was done for 125 dollars. A local repair shop wanted to charge me $550 for the same work. All American you are great. Thank you!

Looking for a set of wheels. I call, immediately go on hold. Guy asks what size wheels and I say hold on I have to check. Need 5 seconds to look at the paper across the room. I'm told "no, I can't hold" and he hangs up... …

Met with sales specialist Stan. So helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Very fair on price. Drove an hour to get there so they were very helpful in saving me a second trip. Really appreciated their time. Busy but polite and organized. Will definitely call them first if I’m in need again.

I called this place and asked for a price for an LED light for my Dodge, got to the spot then the price changed, when someone asks for a price tell the total with taxes included, what if I drove so many hours and only had the amount that was told to me on the phone, Companies really need to be more specific with the exact prices so no one be surprised when you get the different price of whatever your purchasing. I won't ever go there again the worse experience ever but the guy that brought out my light was nice.
