I went in today to get an oil change and a rear view wiper replaced. After running into a parts issue with the wiper, Jordan Lawson and Taylor Gunkel we're very helpful in making sure that I was taken care of. While I did have to wait for an extended period of time for the wiper. They went above and beyond to make sure that at the end of the day I was totally satisfied with their response and the service provided. I would definitely recommend LaFontaine Ford of Grand Rapids for any repairs and/or services you need for your vehicle.

Even during construction, where finding the parts department had me feeling like a rat chasing after some cheese in a maze, service was quick and efficient. For dealer parts the pricing is higher, but the parts are also higher quality.

Do NOT bring your car here to be fixed !! My car has been in this shop for 4 months waiting to be fixed from a fender bender accident that happened 7 months ago . Very slow and very unprofessional the manager yells at you when you just call to check on your car . Has not put my car as priority . Still waiting another month for them which will probably be even longer as they keep giving me the run around and blaming insurance company when I have proof from insurance they have received money to fix my car . Never offered a rent a car nothing just screams at you for calling for an update . Worst place ever !!!

They came and picked my viechle up from work for free which is super helpful, good communication, sent me videos of failing parts, etc..
