Corporate greed at its finest! Absolute joke of a parts company. Not only are we forced by insurance to use junk cheap Temu parts from keystone, but we spend thousands of dollars a month as a legit body Shop and they require a restocking fee after insurance drags their feet and the car totals because the original parts that were from the insurance company ordered and the vehicle totals. They've already lost my paint sales because they could not provide a decent service. Every paint order that came in was wrong missing items or more items than we ordered. Makes me want to order a ton of parts just to return them and make them earn their restocking fee

Kevin a worker at Keystone is refusing to refund money $580 we paid him via Zelle. Zelle agents warned us that we were taking a risk. Please be careful using this company. He also attempted to get my bank information and swindle additional money for delivery after being quoted a specific price.

It is tight in here. The yard dog will tell you what door to go into. When done unloading yard will sign BOL and once they make a copy they will give you a copy.

Very disrespectful guy in the parts sale department, the young lady very nice go too jut that guy will make you all lose customers. Hung up phone for me figuring out best option to picking up a motor for best price without paying shipping. Seem like he was trying to cap commission because i knew.

Sold me a locked up motor put it in the day I got it and it is seized. What kind of mechanic does not at least check the harmonic balancer to see if the crank shaft moves. Your business is selling motors you made me waste my time and money and you have no regard for hard working people trying to buy your product you are a selfish petty company that is what is wrong with this industry. So I have to pay for the same service because I thought you were a honest professional company. Thanks a lot.
