My family always buys cars through Mr Samson. We have gotten 2 cars so far. Very professional, the cars are always clean, no troubles.

Called to see if they had a part for my car. Told me no and then hung up on me. I was gonna ask for more parts. But was so fast to hang up. Seems like all the people there have attitudes.

I’m transporter and i worked with this guy and he didnt make payment to me over 2 months can you believe it guys!!. Youre asking for service but you dont wanna pay anything this is unbelievable. Don’t buy anything from these kind of people.

Didnt know what a "neutral safety switch" is, (extremely basic part, cost 90 NEW), told me I could pull it myself for 150!! Was extremely rude as well..

Their customer care services are second to none and my friends and children go there for their cars and spare parts. Good people and excellent customer care.
