I have been coming to this shop for years and the customer service has greatly depreciated, I recently bought a part for one of my vehicles and changed it out didn’t fix the issue , brought the vehicle to a reputable shop they said that part was defective I returned to k&k talk to the same guy (Gearld) who acted like he didn’t even sell the part and told me he only makes 10% on selling me the part and didn’t really care or have any concern on replacing or refunding the defective item, long story short I went to triangle autoparts where the customer service and team is amazing and was gladly able to help me out with a new amazing working park thank you JR and triangle auto parts ❗️
