First and foremost I just like to say that when I called I believe it is Central now not Johnston Auto salvage I believe it is the owner who answered the phone and told me that he had a piece of glass for my car window upon going down to the yard to pay for the window so that it could be uninstalled from the vehicle it was originally in the owner looked up the window in his inventory and try to match apart to my VIN number he then came back and said unfortunately the window will not fit in your vehicle. He then picked up the phone and called I'm actually not sure who it was I assume another establishment and ordered me a brand newp wrecked vehicle I'm his yard. The window came in two days later packed very nicely in a cardboard box so not to get broken or chipped... This man was an absolute best and provided the best, ver customer service that I've gotten a very long time!! Anytime I need a part for my vehicle I will be calling Central/Johnson Auto salvage you again sir for all your help!¡

the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever dealt with in my life. they have what you need they just don't want to to do their job so its impossible to purchase anything from them. great business model guys.

Trying to call and ask questions about selling a car and buying some parts for my other car...the sales person was rude and was rushing me off the phone and said that he didn't have my car in the yard.... He didn't ask what parts I needed …

Rude , cant answer 3 questions, nicely,and hung up. He was busy he said. Never calling them again they lose.

Horrible to deal with, ordered and paid for a part, called to verify before picking up, got there said it was at different location, went there said they knew nothing...horrible service, horrible to deal with!!!!
