Absolutely terrible! I bought a transmission from them for a Chevy Cruze, I installed the transmission and I had no gears I called and they said I wasn’t supposed to program the transmission and I fought back and forth. Finally I was able to squeeze another transmission out of them and when I installed the new one SAME THING transmission was blown so when I called back they told me I didn’t know what I was doing (I am a master tech at a dodge jeep ram dealer) and were being very insulting. after all of the back and forth again he said to bring it back for a full refund which I can’t complain about. But I verified that I was right by spending 3k at the dealer getting the right transmission and everything worked perfectly and the worse part is, is that he believes there is nothing wrong with that transmission so he will sell the same one to one of you. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

I came down for a bumper from NH, they didn’t have the specific one I was looking for, but gave me a better quality and more expensive one for the same price I was going to get the other one for. They were also closing but still pulled it for me since I came from far away. They do have a 4% card fee and no refunds like other negative review say, but is very clearly stated and seems reasonable to me. I had a good experience

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have chosen that. The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. With so many other salvage yards to utilize in the RI area, I would hope nobody would EVER give this guy business. Good luck if you choose to.

Absolutely horrible customer service here, the guy at the counter was very rude and unprofessional, didn’t care about losing business, charges high prices for bad quality/broken parts and has a strict no return policy. Don’t buy here!

Worst service I’ve experienced, guy at the counter told me one price for an item and then when I picked it up and brought it to the counter he doubled the price. Tries selling broken and bad parts and charges unrealistic prices for them. Bad business who doesn’t care if they lose customers.
